The Religious of the Sacred Heart continue to share the Society's mission to discover and reveal God's love through connection and collaboration across generations, cultures, and borders, sponsorship of the Network of Sacred Heart Schools, and continued partnerships with organizations and other women’s religious congregations.

Sophie’s Well, a center for Sacred Heart spirituality, hosted a hiking retreat in Halifax, Nova Scotia this summer. Led by Mary Frohlich, RSCJ, the retreat brought together a group of twelve women from their 20s to their 70s for a week of praying and hiking together.

Updated on August 30, 2024 In the early hours of August 20, 2024, the secretary general of the Society's General Chapter 2024 announced the election of Claire Castaing, RSCJ, as the next superior general of the Society of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  Sister Castaing is from the Belgium-France-Netherlands Province and will serve an eight-year term.
