Dear Mother FitzWilliam I know that I am rather late in writing this but I know that you will forgive me. You were such a wonderful friend and inspiration to all who knew you. I thank God that I got to know you while I worked at the Academy of the Sacred Heart in St. Charles. I remember that you were always dressed in black from head to toe and that you worked in the library with Teresa Grass. There is a statue in the hallway of St. Madeleine dressed the same and one time a little primary student saw you and he told his teacher that he saw a statue walking. I still remember how your big toe used to stick out over your sandals. You were so genuine and so real and such a pleasant person to be around and you were a woman of an intense generosity and spirituality. You made everyone feel good just to be around you and that is a very special gift from God. Rest in peace my dear friend and one day we will meet again
